Concessions International volunteered with the KaBOOM organization on August 21, 2008 to build a playground at Edgewood Court Apartments. This was done in conjunction with our sister company H.J. Russell & Company through Russell Management Resident Services, Inc. In one day an empty lot at the property was transformed into a beautiful playground with painted park benches, a stage, a sandbox, a garden and more! The children of this community were welcomed home to a beautiful new place to play.  The event was sponsored by Kool-Aid. Russell Simmons and his wife were in attendance to help out and joined in the ribbon cutting ceremony. It was a terrific event where giving was at the heart of everyone involved.
