Concessions Miami, LLC was awarded a prime contract in the Miami airport in 2005.  In 2007, CI opened a Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog location on Concourse H. Concessions Miami oversees several subtenants including McDonald's, Coffee Beanery and Gilbert's Bakery.  Several other locations will be developed when airport construction is completed within the new terminals.
