Sally Olsen began working for HMSHost on 6/7/79 as a cashier and pantry. During this time she was also a bartender and cook. When CI came in as a DBE with HMSHost, Sally moved to CI and continued in the South Satellite cafeteria as a cook/pantry. In 2001, she became a Lead CSA and continues today learning Seattle's Best Coffee. Sally watched as the cafeteria became the Runway Deli, Botanica and Burger King Food Court and then change again to the Seattle's Best Coffee, Kobo and Burger King Food Court. She has seen many changes and has good memories of all the great people she has worked with over the years, the countless delayed flights, the holiday and employee parties and all of the fun that comes with having worked so many different positions. "All my years here have been a learning experience. And I am continuing to learn new things even today. Next year will be 30 years at Seattle International Airport. WOW!"
