PURPOSE/POSITION SUMMARY
Receiving reports of equipment operation problems from Maintenance Management and inspecting and identifying the problem, notifying the Manager of the problems and offering feasible solutions, verifying for conformance and accuracy. Will be responsible for installations and uninstalls, maintenance, repair, and inspection of food storage, preparation, and service equipment with emphasis on refrigeration.
Responsible for other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Vocational/Technical school completion with course study in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related maintenance field, or equivalent specialized training in maintenance.
