Eric Hilton
As Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, H. Eric Hilton is responsible for handling and directing legal affairs for Concessions International LLC and its various affiliates. He also serves on the Company's Executive Committee.
Hilton's legal experience includes handling legal matters in both state and federal courts and before various administrative tribunals. He remains actively involved in arbitrations, mediations and collective bargaining negotiations on behalf of the Company and its affiliates. He continues to serve on legal panels and regularly contributes to various publications. In 2007, Hilton was recognized by the Fulton Daily Report in its annual "On the Rise - 15 to Watch" segment. He also has relevant non-legal experience in the areas of insurance and employee benefits.
Personally, he donates his time to public interest activities, with a particular focus on those furthering the interests of the disabled.
