
As President, Anthony Joseph is responsible for the overall performance of the Company. Anthony leads the Executive Team, and focuses on strategic planning, business development, client relations and organizational effectiveness.
Anthony began his career with Concessions International in 1999 and has held numerous leadership positions with increasing responsibilities. His first position with the Company was as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, where he managed all legal aspects of the company's corporate transactions including lease and contract compliance, litigation, oversight of external legal services, and management of corporate records. Anthony then served as Senior Vice President of Administration and was responsible for establishing and streamlining corporate processes and functions. In 2005, Anthony was promoted to President, after serving for a year as Acting President.
Prior to joining Concessions International, Anthony served as an Associate on the Mergers and Acquisition Team at Long Aldridge & Norman, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. Anthony earned a law degree from Columbia Law School and a bachelor's degree from Yale College. He is a member of Georgia State Bar. Anthony's myriad experiences include volunteering in the United States Peace Corps in Cameroon, Africa, interning with the Lawyers Committee for Human Rights in Haiti and serving on boards of community non-profit organizations.
He currently serves as Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Georgia Restaurant Association Board of Directors, Chair of America SCORES Atlanta Board of Directors, is a member of the ServeHAITI Board of Directors and is a member of the Emory Center for Ethics and Advisory Board.
